Corruption Of Peace started playing in 1984 developing a sound different than the typical "punk" sound in Japan at the time. Labeled American Hardcore because of the American vocals, large attendance of kids from all over, not just Japan and alot of skateboarders showing up to gigs in the midst of all the leather and spikey guys. Spawned a new trend in the hardcore scene which is ever more apparent today. Early thrash, skate punk or American hardcore. Whatever you call it, C.O.P is four guys having a blast, creating havoc and still enjoying hardcore after all these years. Confusion was remastered in 2008 and 4 live bonus tracks were added from a gig in 1986. Original vinyl recording was limited to 500 copies and the cd will be limited to 1000. Best listened to drunk, pissed off and as loud as you can handle it.
