"Blue State Blues" was written two months after the 2004 presidential election by Ken Boroson, an architect and singer/songwriter living in New Haven, Connecticut.

Ken is making the song available one month prior to the 2008 election as a "grass roots" effort to help support Obama/Biden. All proceeds of the sale of the song will automatically be distributed to the "Obama for America Campaign".
