Anonymous Somewhere is a musical project from Ramon K. West who lives and works in Houston, Texas. Ramon began this particular project in 2006 but has been involved in various projects and bands for many years. The music is a blend of electronic soundscapes layered upon basic drum and bass rhythms. Reminiscent of film scores and other atmospheric works, the compositions explore emotional themes stimulating visual imagery, while delivering well crafted songs that render memorable melodies.
The name "Anonymous Somewhere" is a description of the need to find a place where an individual may be anonymous. It also relates to times when an individual is completely anonymous, such as traveling alone in another country, or interacting with others on the internet.
