The MOTHER ROAD BAND has created over 40 original tunes from ideas flowing from each band member, as well as from true-life experiences. Some of which have been featured on major FM rock station (98.7 in Ohio), which, at that time were recorded live on a stereo sound card in a computer. Eric Saule (DJ at Akron''s "Home of Rock and Roll") played Mother Road tunes regularly during his "Rock Show". Six out of eight tunes (including "YOU AINT THERE") submitted to https://www.tradebit.com who offers a very accurate and comprehensive song review (under names such as "Mother Road", "Defendant", and "Tony and the MotherRoad" made it to the "Sweet 16" of their weekly song competition contest.

Song 1. "Put Me Away" was written in memory of a great friend who was killed in an auto accident. This man couldn''t say NO to any party.
Song 3. "Memories" is dedicated to DavidM, and all the great memories he gave his friends and family. All these songs on this CD are great jammin tunes, and some will eventually be in movies in the near future.
