It is the inner state which singer Daniella Gordon hopes to provoke from her audience with her album "In the Gap". It''s in the pause,in the space between,"in the gap", where dualism dissolves, where compassion is born. Daniella Gordon has spent the last years focusing on stage. Rock, Pop, Cabaret and Theatre-the many facets Daniella has shown earlier is sharply clear on this album. She wrote and produced "Jante-Schmante" which was about growing up Jewish and female in Sweden. "Daniellas Nose" focused upon the Seven Deadly Sins through therapeutic eyes (Daniella also works as a psychoterapist) and "Psychotainment"- a performance about reclaiming our shadow instead of projecting it upon others. She has also participated in other theatre and cabaret shows in Stockholm. Her earlier songs were released through Sonet Recording Company, and her career started in San Francisco, where Daniella sang in the Bay Area for five years.
