Biography
Evangelist Victoria Regina Lockhart has been walking in the Light of the Lord since 1989. The Lord called Victoria to share the Gospel and His Love through the various gifts He bestowed upon her. Victoria is anointed and committed to spreading the Gospel through the ministries that the Lord so graciously entrusted to her, and she earned the praiseworthy reputation as one who lives the life she “ministers melodies” about, with no compromise. Victoria will joyfully tell you, “had I known that being in a relationship with the Lord was this good, I would have started my walk with the Lord at six months of age.” The Lord has called Victoria to be a Preacher, an anointed “Minister of Melody”, Songwriter, Bible Teacher, Women’s Ministry Leader, Clothing Designer (JOGAVI International, Inc.); and Author (“Memoirs Of A Kingdom Woman”). She is currently writing books and movies that the Lord will use to edify and admonish the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ. Evangelist Lockhart is the founder of Club Christ Ministries, Inc. which was incorporated in November of 2004 (https://www.tradebit.com) an evangelistic outreach ministry. In May 2006, Evangelist Lockhart received a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the Sacramento Theological Seminary & Bible Institute in Columbia, SC and on June 20, 2008 Victoria Lockhart was licensed and ordained as Elder-Evangelist by her Pastor, Apostle and Overseer The Apostle Sammy C. Smith of Grace Cathedral Ministries in Sumter and Greenville, SC.

In March 2003, the Lord blessed Victoria to be a semi-finalist (Nomination – “Best Female Vocalist”) in the 1st Annual American Gospel Music Awards (https://www.tradebit.com) held in Staten Island, NY April 22, 2003. On June 26, 2003 it was announced that Victoria Lockhart was nominated “Outstanding Female Vocalist” by the D’Gospel Music Awards (https://www.tradebit.com) being held in Virginia Beach, VA on September 12, 2003. In November of 2004 “In His Time” was nominated by the 4th Annual Tiffany Gospel Awards for “Outstanding Gospel Artist Of The Year” and “Best Gospel Single Of The Year – The Wedding Anthem”. Victoria has appeared on TBN, Gospel & The Arts, BronxTalk, Good Day New York (Fox 5), a weekly Comcast Broadcast associated with Word Of Life reaching over 30 counties and many various television and radio programs throughout the US.
In addition, the Lord blessed Victoria with the gift of leading. She currently led a Women’s Ministry called “Girl Talk: Queen of the Roundtable Ministries” which she plans to bring to the television, talk-show forum. Girl Talk: Queen Of The Roundtable Ministries has evolved into annual “Kingdom Woman-Kingdom Man” Conferences which are held annually in March and in August.
As a September 11th 1WTC Victor, VICTORIA partnered with her best friend, Christ to share her T.E.S.T.I.M.O.N.Y. of God’s Grace and Tender Mercies extended and revealed in her life. VICTORIA is excited that God is working through the ‘Ministry Of Melody” as a vehicle to encourage, edify and admonish souls for the purpose of building the “Kingdom” within them. VICTORIA graciously states that “there is nothing more important than God working through her to save, set free and deliver a soul from bondage and into God’s Glorious Kingdom Of Light”.
