Details:
Forever Christmas Eve has been hanging around the airwaves for quite a few Decembers gone by, & this year Regine finally released the song as a holiday single.

While it may confuse some people that Dina Regine spends half her time performing as a DJ and the rest of her time with an acoustic guitar, it makes perfect sense to her. She says, "it''s a good thing...it''s all-good". She''s more than used to wearing more than one hat. She also says she''s a hat addict. Regine has been attracting a loyal following for well over a decade now as a singer/songwriter and club DJ. She was one of the first women DJ''s in NYC to work the turntables of the larger clubs like Limelight, Webster Hall and Lot61 & she made a name for herself spinning the legendary Monday nights at Heartbreak and China Club. Regine''s obsessive record collecting as a child, nurtured her songwriting/musician skills, as well as what was to become her DJ strengths.

While earning a living as a DJ, Dina was also making quite a lot of noise in the 90''s with the Irish-American group NAKED GRAPE (Sony Music). When the Grapes broke up, She and guitarist Kieran McEvoy joined forces and formed Swamp Honey, adopting a more earthy acoustic sound. Swamp Honey became a favorite of East Village clubs like Cafe Sin-e'' and CB''s 323 Gallery. The Music Paper described their stripped down sound as having a "back porch delivery" and called her bluesy vocal style "scarily authentic". A review in Ireland''s Hot Press praised their performance after opening for Eleanor McEvoy at the Bottom Line in NYC. The duo parted ways when Kieran decided to move back home to Dublin. Regine kicked off her new project as a solo act opening for Jorma Kaukonen at Irving Plaza to a packed house

In October 1999 Regine released her homegrown debut ''BE AS IT WILL''. Performing Songwriter Magazine called her style "Roots music with a modern twist", Music Connection called her "Moody soulful and introspective", and Relix referred to her as "One of the most promising female artists in many a year". Song of the Year (https://www.tradebit.com) supporting VH-1''s Save the Music Foundation awarded ''Beautiful'' with first place in the Folk Category in June 2005."This CD was my chance to try all those guitar parts I never got to do in bands before, go production crazy, and play with the musicians that I adored" says Regine. Low-end heavy hitters Will Lee (David Letterman Show), Kasim Sultan (Todd Rundgren/ Joan Jett) & Alan Geveart Chris Whitley), all made guest appearances on the CD. Gig Magazine published her first feature article "Bedroom Mixing" in February 2000, documenting the humorous process of mixing a record in an apartment the size of a dollhouse (she also did the photo layout).

Regine''s last release ''Blame it on the Moon'' is collection of songs seasoned with a pinch of Americana, a pinch of blues, and a pinch of pop. Reminiscent of some of her favorite records from the 70''s by artists like Neil Young, Bonnie Rait, and CSNY, there is a real organic sound quality to this EP. Recorded in NYC, featured musicians on this record are Jerry Arias (drums), Tim Luntzel (bass), Trina Hamlin (harmonica), Joey Barbato (accordion), and Jefferson Thomas (mandolin).
