He is releasing the new production under the title, \"Hurrakan\" given after the Taino and Mayan god of the Hurricane Storm.

Armando is releasing \"Hurrakan\" in Spring 2009 under the label World Pulse Music, and will be doing an international press and promotional tour including the USA Canada, Mexico , Argentina ,Spain, Italy , Germany , Austria ,United Kingdom and Australia and Japan this spring and summer.
Quincy Jones Recording Partner Bruce Swedien called Armando\'s song \"Maria\" a masterpiece. Bruce is a 5 time Grammy Award winning producer withr Quincy Jones and most recently Jennifer Lopez as well as the soundtrack for Quantum Solstice James Bond Film .
Swedien impressed with Armando\'s efforts and talent the two became close friends in 1999. Swedien is very keen to work with Armando\'s new album project \"Silence \".
\"Silence\" due out September 2009. And they are scheduled to work together in the spring.
Armando carries a remarkable heritage that blends his father\'s Argentine (grandfather was from Spain) blood and his mother\'s Carpathian Rusyn blood from the Carpathian mountain region of Russia.
Outside of music, Armando\'s most philosophic interest is his philanthropic projects still in development to help the orphans of Russia, Georgia and the Ukraine. \"I am speking and coordinating with various Relief agencies, a UN connection, two archbishops of the Russian Orthodox Church, and several of the exiled Russian aristocracy living in the US to raise funds for these orphans. I am also on I dea of establishing a record label with a one yearly major release probono exclusively and specifically to raise money for these projects in benefit of the orphans.\"
Armando also has a cherished long-range plan to build a community a retreat for retired clergy of all denominations who do workshops for families and couples as well as summer retreats and counseling for families . The goal is to helping to reintegrate family values and sharing again like those of traditional family values .
Lastly he is also the custodian and agent for Russian composer Rachmaninoff piano. Armando has permission to use the piano for benefit concerts to raise funds for orphan programs.
