Peter, who likes to be known as PK, was born December 1st, 1943 in Stacyville, Iowa. PK has been writing songs for 15 years and has played with various small bands over the last 30 years. Pete likes to share his music with the world to positively influence others. PK likes music that grabs. In any given song, an instrumental riff, melody, instrumental or lyrical hook gets his attention. PK strives to write songs in this vein, he writes what comes naturally. When writing, the music usually comes first, then the melodic line with the lyrics arranged in story fashion last. Pete often writes about how he sees the world or his vision of how things could be.
