Rock''n/Eclectic -Comically/Serious- Pop/Carnival Slices of MMM/Ahh-Oh? Is how P.W. has been described. Puckering Wink''s compositions are Multi-styled and genre expanding tunes. Formed in early 2000, P.W. is the brainchild of https://www.tradebit.commed, former member of several Bands such as
"PENISAURUS" {''88-''92} & "StrAiGhT 2 GOODBYE" {''93-''97}. The band Mainly consists of three members. B. Scam- Vocals, Guitar, Z.-Bass, Bk Vocals, Chrome d.- Drums, "rap Stylings".

B. Scam-Not really known as the serious member of the group, B. Scam is the founding member and main songwriter of the band. His sporadic hyperness, fuels the group. Scam''s previous musical experience dates back to "early days" with the punk duo, The Slobs. B. Scam has also worked with the musical groups PENISAURUS, StRaiGhT to GOODBYE and The Salad Days of LettuceHead, to name a few. He continues to be inspired by a wide range of styles and artists from The Futurist Manafesto to Roald Dahl to Georges Bataill''e and Theodore Seuss Geisel. Scam''s musical tastes include everything from Chet Baker to the Beach Boys, Dr. Dre through Frank Zappa, including Miles Davis, Beck, Basie, Bowie, Lieber/Stoller, Jimmy Osterberg (Iggy), Gillberto, Ricard Hell and so many others.

Z.- Known through-out Chicago for his experiance in such bands as Monica''s Interval and Mandela Garden and many more.Z. has a reputation as a well rounded/grounded super Phat- Bass Master. But as he likes to say- The wind blows, and still the surface is calm. Spirals twist ungluing ancient seams.

Chrome d.-Born in a brothel in the French town of Tolouse, Chrome d''s mother tracked down her diplomat lover and soon began her life as a diplomats wife. As a diplomats son the world was Chrome d''s oyster and he feasted upon it. He spent much of his early life growing up in the small Madagascar village of Noisy B. He has fond memories of running through the fish market on those very humid 112 degree days racing flies and frightened visitors, probably because it brought up even fonder memories of the brothel. He began playing piano and cuica at the age of 7 and at nine was performing with the Noisy B Opera in as many as half of their season programs. At 10 he premiered his one man Ring Cycle to great accolades( "If only Wagner were alive to see this..." Thomas Fitzgunderson-London Times opera critic).
At 14 and with 3 small children of his own Chrome d felt it was time to leave Noisy B and his parents to see what else he could do for humanity. After successfully gaining employment for his children and further increasing his carnal knowledge in Indonesia, Chrome d found himself surrounded by super models and cocaine in the center of the New York music and fashion scene. Often sitting in with and influencing the likes of LL, Lou, Madonna, Larry, Bono...and many others, he lengthened his trans world super highway of sound even further. Then after a "film" shoot gone awry, Chrome d found himself doing a stint at Rykers. Rather than let this discourage him , he used this time to hone his rap stylings and also to fight for prisoners rights around the world.
Having been a pretty big Styx fan and feeling that he could help return the city of Chicago to its former musical glory, Chrome d moved to the "Windy City" at the age of 20. Moments after stepping off the bus he affected the scene, suggesting to a whiney young man with a drum machine that he " get a clue, and use a real drummer. Maybe put a band together. Name it after a vegetable...something fall like and catchy...you know...". Chrome and Bill still talk often.. sometimes for hours. While spending a short time with the "Trustafarians", a neo-hippie commune, Chrome d met Z. Z became like a third father to Chrome d, always helping with problem solving advice and the like. Through Z Chrome d met B Scam and the rest is presently being etched in the books of history.
When asked why he never tried to make it on the LA music scene, Chrome d indifferently responds; "Where?"

His favorite junk food: Dry Tang dipped Twizzlers,Toffeefay and pizza.
His turn ons are: Good wine, good conversation and graduate degrees.
His turn offs are: People who just always want to totally bring you down, cock roaches and anything acid wash.
His favorite color(s): clear and any of those neon colors that you could buy stirrup pants in around https://www.tradebit.com also, teal.
Some of his hobbies are: Model trains, Afro-Cuban dinnerware, 2 eggs Danny Thomas style, German lint sculpture and, vintage lamp rewiring.

A review of Vol:#2 The Debut-

Well Worth a Listen to..., June 26, 2000

...Puckering Wink #2: the Debut is difficult to define. Is it an art album with its Tweens and literary references or just old fashioned, jump-up-&-down-on-the-bed rock n'' roll? Regardless, it''s a comic journey that is worth taking. Self-mocking and viscously satirical, the Debut has much to offer to the careful listener. Heavily layered, tongue twisted lyrics feature the confessions of a serial killer and the ranting of a drugged adolescent - delicately sprinkled with macaroons, space-sticks, porkpies and Sears socks. Don''t miss the cover/medley, Herosandwich, homage to David Bowie & Lou Reed and the homoerotic/homophobic rap stylings of Chrome D. in Blossom''s Dead. By the way, who are the Macadamians?
