D7-North was formed in the making of this album. There are four members. John Heussenstamm, the essence of a professional musician. On the CD he plays guitar, bass, banjo and harmonica. In real life, he plays nearly everything. John also produced, recorded and edited this CD from his hilltop studio in Laguna Beach. Vaughan Heussenstamm is John''s son. Anyone into chess will recognize Vaughan''s name. Anyone into music should learn it. On the CD, Vaughan plays drums and keyboard and it is his great instinct about how music should sound that comes through on this CD.
Kristin Burns is the daughter of Idaho musician-extraordinaire Bob Burns. Kristin has been playing the fiddle since she was six and has a room full of awards to prove it. This is her first recording as a vocalist, but won''t be her last.
