HipCity Cruz is Rosemarie Echelson, Bruce & Lynnette Mello, and Jewl Sandoval.
Rosemarie started playing alto saxophone early on in life in school concert band and jazz band. She started playing acoustic guitar in college, has recently picked up the mandolin, and enjoys writing songs that express matters of the heart.
Bruce’s passion in life has been writing songs, playing acoustic guitar and recording his original music.
Lynnette has been singing professionally since she was a teenager and plays a variety of instruments such as the dulcimer, concertina, flute, recorder, penny whistle, and percussion that sweetly embellish each song
Jewl has been rockin the Bay Area and Santa Cruz for several years. He''s written a number of blues tunes and has hosted countless blues jams. Now he adds his blues harp and soulful vocal style to this fresh eclectic mix.
