Heart and Soul''s "heart" are twins Gary (guitar) and Garrett (bass) Sevellino, and their best bud, James Locquiao (ukulele). After playing island music together for a couple of years they teamed up with Sam Pablo, whose strong, smooth vocals and laid back demeanor created a nice balance for the high energy string trio.
