Reign... "A drop of rain, a dominant reign of power, ah how they both emanate such a Distinctive sound".

Voltaire Andrews first discovered his passion to sing when he was invited to audition for a band based in Battle Creek, Michigan back in 1991. He hesitantly tried out for the band. Within 2 hours after the audition the band turned away all the other ppl awaiting an addition and began working on original music that they were planning on playing out that weekend. The show went perfect and the exhilaration of playing for others drove Voltaire to focus his dreams on a music career. Vince Foster was based in Kalamazoo, Michigan working on his own project and was insearch for a singer that would compliment his song writing. vince heard that a Battle Creek band was auditioning for guitar players. The next day Voltaire and Vince met for the first time. Voltaire in the hiring band and Vince placing his own songs on hold was there to try out for the position. Immediately they found that they were very compatible. Voltaire heard the music that vince had set aside, they both left the band and began to work on their first album. Within two months they hired a bass player John Clark and drummer Kevin Pulver, and wrote and recorded their first album. One month of playing in Michigan they decided to pack up and move to Phoenix, Arizona. Arizona was where the band found themselves playing club after club opening for bands such as Warrant, L.A. Guns, Tony McAlpine, Pretty boy floyd, Extreme and many more top act bands. Now satisfied after years of playing and song writing the band then known as The Anvil Chorus changed their names to Reign and recorded their most recent album in 2002. Voltaire then set out on a venture to New York city to shop the CD and to find the connections the band needs in the music business...

Voltaire from day one seemed to be a natural. All musicians that have played with him revel on his vocal abilities. Voltaire''s 5 octave range came from singing along to his influences Yes, Styx, Kansas, Queen, Journey and more. His ability to sing as clear as beautiful sky or as heavy as a hammer smashing your face in, was enough to convince most that he is the front man and vocalist to make any band in any genre complete.

Vince Foster was a natural at birth. He Has spent the last 22 years of his life writing music and playing guitar in several bands, he also attended Battle Creek Community College for 2 years of that time as a music major. His styles range from classical to thrash. His influences are Beethoven, Bach, Randy Rhodes, Tom Sholtz, Marty Friedman, Dave Mustaine and last but not least Metallic. Vince Foster''s song writing ability along with the rest of the band members makes Reign''s Music Completely Unstoppable.

Kevin Pulver has spent the last 14 years developing his unique drumming style, over that time he has spent 8 of those years playing the michigan entertainment scene through Roberts, Medowbrook And ShowTime Entertainment management companies. His Thundering Sounds are derived from the likes of Charlie Watts Carter Beavford not to Mention The Rolling Stones, Def Leppard, Alice n Chains, SoundGarden And STP. Kevin Pulver sets the groove and truly is the heart, soul and backbone that makes the music of Reign the Cutting Edge of today.

John Clark has played in venues of all diversity, and he truly is the heartbeat behind the music of Reign. 15 years of experience on stage and in studio have made him a top prize to anyone that could use his expertise, fortune has it he found a place in the musical body of Reign. With a driving groove and a bass style all his own, Reign would be not be the same without John Clarks blistering touch.
