THE MAN
Everybody has at least one rap CD in their music collection that attempts to depict the perils of ghetto life, hardships, and shattered dreams. They all try to be the hardest thug or flyest pimp, showing the world the true effects of street life using negative references and vulgar phrases. However, "The Revelator" is has arrived to give the industry a new breed of rap music. It''s about time an artist came thru with the "real" on an album without using a single profane word, reference or phrase!!! You say it''s impossible? I say it''s true . . .The "The Revelator" is here to say ALL that needs to be said without disrespect to women, his peers or himself!!!!

Born and raised in the Atlanta streets, "The Revelator" began his tedious journey to rap stardom by performing his original pieces in his grandmother''s backyard. He very quickly developed a love for rap music. After many hours of studio time and demo tapes, the artistry of "The Revelator" was in high demand and he began to produce tracks for other artists in 1990. In 1994, he decided to get in "the game" and become a rap artist, writer, and producer.

THE MUSIC
Since his debut into the music industry, "The Revelator" has worked with greats like Professor Griff from the infamous group Public Enemy and DJ Toomp, who has produced tracks for the recent rap sensation "T.I." While residing in Pittsburgh in 1993 and 1994, he collaborated with super producer "MailMan" who produced several tracks for rap legend Snoop Dog and current crossover sensation, Fifty Cent. He has also worked with Mark Twain of the Young Bloods, Geto Mafia, and performed with Big Gip from Goodie Mob. "The Revelator" also collaborated with Sammy Sam on Sam''s current album holding the hit single, "Step Daddy." Sammy Sam also appears on "The Revelator''s" latest album.

THE MESSAGE
Much can be said about the man from the Dirty South who has managed to effectively, wonderfully, and truthfully tell the story of ghetto life, in the midst of all the violence and overt disrespect for women. "The Revelator" is a Rap Artist/Writer/Producer, in that order. He is a storyteller with a yearning to open the world to the good and bad memories of his past. At the same time, he hopes to share his hopes of a better life for the future. Creating a new ATL style that is fun, clean, and nostalgic; with no cursing, is quite an undertaking in today''s society. "The Revelator" is definitely creating a new style of positive rap music with a hardcore gangsta feel. He speaks about real life situations from the streets, reinventing old favorites from the 80''s with songs like "Allz About" that uses the tune "Moments of Love" by 80''s mega-group The Art Of Noise. The song speaks of a life growing up in poverty and never losing the ambition to succeed. Although "Brush Dem Hata''s" may seem to have a negative connotation, it says, "Don''t hate the playa, hate the game! Please don''t misunderstand. A "revelator" by definition is "one who reveals, especially one who reveals divine will." With that definition in mind, can "The Revelator" live up to his name thru his music? Most definitely! Listeners will have no choice but to wave their hands and nod their heads and say, "This is what real music is Allz About!!!!"
