Details:
Bright Stone started in the summer of 2008 in a basement in Los Gatos. The First members were Ryan and Brendan Martin, Art Emmanuel and Andrea Desmond. After having several sessions playing together the idea came along to record and get out the material as soon as possible. Andrea left the band and Mason Rosenberg was brought in on bass. This four piece was the core of the sound and when Luke David started coming to the sessions and playing Lap Steel and the concepts for the EP began to take shape. Soon we had set up a studio in our basement and these seven songs were what came from that short lived period of collaboration. With this line up of Bright Stone split up, Ryan and Brendan Martin will be continuing their musical expeditions down in Los Angeles. This exemplifies the creative talents of these two musicians and you can expect the music only to progress and the records to get better.
