Composer, author and singer, Tilia has realized up until now all her musical arrangements with her own sound equipment. Is open to all styles of music, and seeks permanently new sounds to enrich and vary her''s. With her two inseparable assosiates sound engineer (Bruno Lhuissier) ang arranger (Olivier Truong) she inclines little by little towards NIN sounds, mixed with acoustic piano, grunge saturated guitars and electro mixing, while keeping the lyric and different side, alternating with softness and love in certain celtic pieces, anger and humor in other metal et rhythmic ones.
Is interested in film music, and the adaptation of instrumentals for web sites, clips, advertising, video games etc. She is a S.A.C.E.M. member. Also an illustrator, she creates paintings, photo montages and uncommon drawings. Many samples of her work are in this page. She eventually also poses for photographs.
Her most important wish is more making DVDs of video clips than audio CDs, as her coeducation within sound and image is so great, that they are indissociable. each musique has its story to tell, and has to be show also in image. This is the reason why it is rare to see her in live shows, because she doesn''t describe herself as only a singer, it is only one element of her creativity.
This CD has been composed in early 2001, expressing deep changes in her life and her perception. Melting imaginairy worlds and caracters, and cruel reality.
