BIO:
Sheryl relocated to Bellingham, Washington from her home state of Montana in 1988. She finished college at Fairhaven College where she was able to design her own degree, entitled "Aural Media" (completed in 1991). Sheryl dabbles in promoting as well as singing, songwriting, MIDI, and recording. "A Decade in Residence at Hotel Emo" documents the first decade of her musical quest in the Pacific Northwest.
After Fairhaven College (91), Sheryl relocated to Seattle and endeavored to perform while also raising her two children. Besides regular nightclub shows, she has accumulated some great performances in fairly offbeat venues.
Through late night theater, she remains a returning performer for "Carlotta''s Late Night Wing Ding." A show that tucks musical guests neatly in between improvised comedy (a lot like Saturday Night Live).
Sheryl was also a companion performer in gallery exhibits of phototherapist Lori DeMarre, called "Voices of Women."
She''s had 2 public access tv shows developed to feature her music on Channel 29. Sheryl also produces and performs in a buzz-worthy women''s songwriter series called "Wine, Women & Chocolate."
Currently, Sheryl is a vocational musician in Seattle. She teaches piano as well as performs her original music.
