''Air Castles'' is the solo project of 20 year old musician Max Mansson.
Max was born in September 1988 in Stockholm and moved to London at an early age.
Although Air Castles is essentially the alter-ego of one musician, a full band (consisting of drums, bass, keys, and guitar) will accompany Max during live performances. Air Castles intend to keep busy during 2009 writing new music and playing shows/touring. A music video is currently being worked on for the track ''Quietly'' taken from the ''Night and Day'' EP.
Air Castles'' debut EP ''Night and Day'' was recorded at Tonteknik Recording in Umeå, Sweden, in September 2008 by Magnus Lindberg (Cult of Luna). The EP was self financed and was self released through Max''s own label ''Winter Hymns Records''.
