About the Artist
Richard Geere is an award-winning composer, international performing artist and award-winning educator. This CD is the latest in his award-winning collection of music for children. (I guess this guy wins awards huh!)
In addition to his international performing and recording career (Los Angeles, London, Tokyo more...) he is a tireless advocate of quality music for children. He is also the recipient of the much-coveted "Angel Award" from the City of Los Angeles for his services to music education. Richard recently founded "Advance the Arts" a Non-Profit Foundation for bringing the arts to public schools.
Richard is a regular performer at Disneyland. (This guy is busy!) So if you''re ever in the Magic Kingdom, check out the Hook & Ladder Co. at the firehouse on Main St. and say hi!
