The Act!vated Storytellers have reached into their bag of tales to offer you four Act!vated Stories.

* The Coyote and The Eagle - a nature tale told by the Zuñi tribe of New Mexico. Coyote is the legendary trickster found in many Native American legends. This story about the origin of the moon can be found in many versions among many tribes.
* Orpheus - a myth from ancient Greece in which Orpheus, a wonderful musician, travels to the Underworld so he can try to bring back his dead wife, Eurydice. But he makes a big mistake that teaches him a valuable lesson. If you enjoy Hercules, this story is for you! (Read the story of Orpheus. Note: the online story is different from the audio tape.
* Anansi Goes Fishing - a trickster tale from Africa. Usually Anansi the spider plays tricks on the other animals, but this time, things are a little different.
* Juan Bobo (John the Fool) - from Mexico and Central America is one of the "noodlehead" stories found all over the world. "Noodleheads" do many foolish things, but they find wisdom and good fortune in the end.

The Activated Storytellers have been guilty of delighting audiences of all ages, from sea to shining sea, since Dennis & Kimberly formed L''Eau Theque Productions, a non-profit corporation, in 1988. Meet the stars of the troupe, the multi-talented Goza Family, who gave up a permanent residence in San Francisco in 1992 to tour the U.S. 365 days a year. Here''s a glimpse of what they do behind the scenes.

Dennis Goza (Dad) writes the witty scripts and music, being sure to add a little something for everyone to laugh at and learn from. He is also the family cook.

Kimberly Goza (Mom) directs the shows on stage adding as much physical comedy as humanly possible. She makes all the sets, costumes and props. She also does the driving, logging up to 600 miles a day.

Zephyr Goza (Son) began performing while he was still in diapers, doing TV and radio commercials, as well as in Act!vated productions. He is also the company cartoonist. He enjoys making new friends, being a Boy Scout and collecting Jr. Ranger badges from parks when he''s not too busy reading.
