Bio;
It was during the mid eighties, late in his fifteenth year, when Frank Anger picked up his first guitar. Heavily influenced by the hair metal bands of that time, playing guitar became one of Anger’s favorite hobbies. Throughout the years he played with many friends and local unknown artists, yet never formed a band. Most of his time was spent working a day job and still is to this day. Anger began to write songs in the early nineties. Performing all the parts such as the vocals, guitars etc. he recorded them on a four track mixer. However being disappointed with the sound and quality of his demos he felt he hadn’t achieved his musical goals.
It wasn’t until late 2003 that Anger’s musical endeavors would begin to bloom. He and drummer Steve Hemphill reunited for old time sake. Both had the same goals of recording an album. It was Hemphill who found a local engineer named Adam Sullivan. He had a little studio called the blue room and so it began. Their first CD was completed in 2004 called “Anger It Begins.”
Since then, Anger has parted ways with Hemphill and Sullivan, but continued writing songs. In early 2008 he began recording his second album at backstage recording with engineer Alymar Eugenio. Both albums contain a hard rock, eighties style pop metal sound with responsible and thought provoking lyrics for all ages. Each song comes from life experiences and contemplation. They don’t come easy. But as long as they keep coming he’ll keep recording.
Anger continues to work his day job and remain the simple easy going person he is. He thanks God for the gift and freedom to express himself through music and to share it with others. He also thanks America’s armed forces for fighting and giving their lives to preserve our freedom.
