Alex Marenga aka AMPTEK ,composer, guitarist, video director, dj and electronic musician.
He founded his experimental project AMPTEK, the electro-funk crossover band "Entropia", the techno-electro project https://www.tradebit.com, the ambient project "Ziqqurat Vertigo", the experimental band "Frammenti di Caos", and the avantgarde open-band "Exit Strategy".
He collaborated with dj Prince Faster in two projects: "CodaMozza" and "Miccia Corta".
With AMPTEK name he recorded e.p. and albums for Nature records ,Timeout Records, Syncretic Records and his label Eclectic Records, his remixed tracks published with BMG Ariola, Nature, BrokenPot Hill, Slavic and more.
This work is an experiment of mixture between ambient, IDM, some rock-funk pulses, atonal textures and electric guitar lines. Recorded between 2005 and 2006 in Eclectic Country Factory.
