The “Find Me A Place” e.p. is the first effort from the teenage pop-rocker, Daniel Lambert. It is a fun yet thought provoking album that shifts emotions as is progresses. The c.d. starts out with the fun-make you want to roll down the windows and sing along with the volume at full blast; the power pop songs: “When You’re Gone”, “Its You”, and the synth-driven, guitar-shreddin’ “Falling”. Then the mood shifts with the fourth track with a more mellow ballad, “Yours Tonight”. The fifth track on the album contains the title track, “Find Me A Place”. It is the hardest rocking song on the e.p. yet still contains enough diversity and intricacy to keep the listener intrigued. The producer Mike McAlister sings back-up harmonies as well in the chorus. The sixth track is acoustic and is entitled rightfully, “Before We Go”. It is an intimate song that beggs the listener to look inside his or herself and see what really matters. The closing track is one produced and recorded by Daniel himself, called “Trust In Faith”. Overall, it is a well-rounded, strong effort that will have you singing the lyrics all day long.
