Bass player Franck Bedez presents "Franck Bedez Investigations", his first solo album.
On this project, Franck has invited twenty five exceptional guest artists to record with him an epic patchwork of original instrumental material and original songs, as well as a personal arrangement of Al Green''s ‘Take me to the River’.
As the producer and arranger of the album, Franck Bedez put special emphasis on combining the diverse participating artists and musicians to create a unique chemistry on each track.

Grown near his father''s recording studio, he started to play pro at the age of 18.
Over the years, he has been doing both live and studio work with many different artists.
These include : Liane Foly (F), Nicole Croisille (F), Wanda Jackson (USA), Lisa Doby (USA), Katy Mofatt (USA), Ian Robert Brown (UK), Linda Gail-Lewis (USA), Bonnie Jeanne Taylor (USA), Cookie Dingler (F) to name only a few.
He has also worked with renowned drummers Rick Latham, Christophe Deschamps, Felix Sabbal-Lecco, Joe Hammer, Mel Gaynor (Simple Minds), Dom Famularo, Walfredo Reyes Jr. or Greg Bissonette.
The "Make a Wish" concerts in Brussels, presented by Liane Foly, led him to play with top acts Julie Zenatti, Nolwenn Leroy, Lââm & Dany Brilliant.
He had the opportunity to open for Ray Charles, Joe Cocker, Percy Sledge, Johnny Clegg, Bernard Allison, Les frères Moutin, Salomon Burke, Willy Deville, John Lee Hooker Jr., Tineke Postma, Lucky Peterson, Véronique Sanson, Michael Jones and Katonoma.
