TOBER is a rock band from Andover MA. Nate Fredette (dr), Pete Robbins (bs) and Adam Tober (https://www.tradebit.com) have been playing together in various configurations since high school, and have shared stages with the likes of Blonde Redhead, Piebald, Guster and Ani Difranco. The boys hold five degrees between the three of them, yet still have trouble, on occasion, finding their pants in the morning. They play quirky songs about quirky things. And love New Coke.

BIOS:
It''s all Adam''s fault. For a singer, he''s a good guitar player. He moved to Tokyo, figuring that living in a country where any American rock music is popular would mean easy money. The experiment was a mixed success. He found music to be popular, but no one would give him money. So he packed up his tubamaphone and returned to the states, where he now sings of his heartache and disappointment at not being able to unseat Leonardo Dicaprio from the Japanese top 10.

Raised in Andover, MA, Pete spent a large portion of his adolescent life as rhythm guitarist in the seminal alt rock band Pretzel Keg and as best friend to Andy from Piebald. The Keg eventually disbanded, leaving their Fishbone video in joint custody and a papercut on Pete''s Rock ''n Roll heart, until one day when Pete said to himself "Jinkies, I wanna rock too! Sign ME up for some of that sweet bass action." And so he did. And it was good.

In his formative grade school years, Nate''s family moved from North Andover, MA, to rural Hopkinton, NH, and Nate responded to the move in the same way many an outsider would, with a strict diet of Rush albums and a healthy appetite for caffeine and Roger Dean artwork. Needless to say, the rustic environment combined with his predisposition for knee-banging turned Nate into the bionic and dynamic drummer he is today. And we pass the savings on to you.
