12 MP3 Songs
FOLK: Modern Folk, ROCK: Acoustic

Details:
It took a little investigating, but these two gentlemen are now known. Their names are Paul Carden and Tom Hood. Together, they produce the sound of a full band that kindles country, blues, folk and ol'' time western Americana.
Kenyon Hopkin - Island Ear Magazine

Songwriters Paul Carden and Tom Hood take a collection of well written original songs and give it a very basic and raw treatment that lends itself more to a feel of being in someones living rooom that a slick production CD.
Richard LHommedieu - Long Island Entertainment Magazine

Ain''t No Kin of Mine" and "Way Out" represent the body of work so far of the east end duo, The Unknown Gentlemen. They also represent the two different sides of this quirky, talented pair as "No Kin" demonstrates the acoustic side of the band, while "Way Out" illustrates the Gentlemens electric side.
Richard Hughes - Goodtimes Magazine Group members

Paul Carden and Tom Hood have done it again. They have released "The Ballad of The Unknown Gentlemen" featuring a variety of roostsy original tunes that sound like they came from vintage recordings. This cd is a worthy addition to a collection of well-crafted Americana.
Hank Stone - Aural Fix Magazine
"Absolutely real, featuring sublime guitar tones and vocals that you don''t argue with. There are some tasty vintage influences here plus a little harmonica - a rare treat. This song has that great beat in the background. Great job." banow - Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada

"keep playin''- you guys rock" motown_smoker - Morristown, Tennessee

"Great blues/backwater sound created, strong players Yeah, baby! Nice intro! Hit ''em hard up front! I really like your ''raw'' style/sound. You guys ''drive'' the beat; very nice. Vocals sound very good, nice harmonies. I like the twangy guitar background line. The harmonica also adds a certain backwater sound which is also nice. You guys created a very nice sound/project here. I can definitely hear this song on the radio. Very nice work, guys. Good luck on this and future projects." Herbivore - South Pasadena, California

"It''s a toe tapper!!! This is the best one I''ve heard so far." HJRose3 - San Leandro, California
