Kim Silver,Born and raised in South Africa
began performing on stage at 4 years old.
She completed her Licentiate in Music degree majoring in voice in 1995 as well as her Teachers Associate in dance. With this nehind her she went on to performing in many live stage musical shows and cabarets all over South Africa.
She was signed up with Virgin Records /EMI in 1995-1998 with a dance band "BC DANCE" as their lead vocaliste, where she got to release 5 Hit singles and perform with many international artists.
Kim then left the band to start her solo career and opened her own song and dance school. She relocated to Australia where her passion for kids music grew stronger having had two kids of her own.
She recorded her first solo kids Album with songwriter Wendy Fine called "Feel Free" in Australia and released it in 2007.
Kim and Kaboodle''s "Feel Free" is a vibrant, fun CD with 12 catchy songs for kids. It has an educational element to the songs as well as will want to make you move and groove to the upbeat, exciting music.
