Vidacovich plays a series of interspersed duo pieces, that stand out on their own or materialize as a result of a groove. Using an eclectic sound of accompanying instrumentation, with sousaphone, keyboards, bass, saxes, bass clarinet and guitar, Johnny boils up the beat and occasionally seasons it with some of his out-da-box poetry recitation.
Along with Michael Pellera and Jeffrey Meyer, Johnny has contributed to this playground of songs which free the players to romp to his beat.
