Val Kinzler ( formally known as Valkyrie) is a New York born singer/songwriter who doubles on piano and guitar. Her sound is unique and driving balancing classic rock with punk attitude. Title track "Re''sume''"was conceptualized by Val as an inspirational deviation from the traditional employment re''sume''. "Here''s my anti-coverup letter/ was employee of the year til the man said forget her!" This song provides living testimony for those of us who''ve been to beaurocratical hell and back! Broken Ballerina is a lush musical tribute to the late Monica Breele. Breele moved to NYC from Switzerland to persue a career as a dancer only to fall prey to the infamous "Thompkins Square Park Butcher". Re''sume'' is produced by Larry Russell (Muzikjakit Productions, NYC). Larry also co-authored "Genius" and played bass and drums. "I''m not a fraud of anything....gimme room to spread my wings.
