The words and music are by New England composer, George Makredes, whose holiday music emphasizes the celebration of Christmas. Ten of the twelve are actually new compositions that range from bright and merry, to introspective and melancholy.

Recorded in Boston, produced and arranged by the noted Pericles Kanaris, it succeeds in capturing the feeling of Christmas, with images of family, friends and firesides all coming to mind.
