This one man operation, navigated and engineered by Clarence https://www.tradebit.commas Jr., combines the styles of Quincy Jones horn arrangements with matching creative flare of Jan Hammer, Dexter Wansel, Curtis Mayfield and many other influentual artist of past times.
Clarence hails from the Phila. Pa. area, now residing in Glenside, Pa. He is most known in the Phila. area where he spent his childhood as an active and much sought after drummer. He has played extensively, with many acts and bands throughout the tri-state area. Performing with many prominentn musicians of his senior, too numerous to name.
Currently Clarence is involved writing, arranging, and composing his own original compositions of which we call Electro Jazz Roc, Clarence cleverly intertwines the electronic keyboard with his gifted rythmic drumming experience, giving this cd that natural funky flavor
This current CD is dedicated to his son (Marcus Herbert) who recently passed, after a lengthy illness. The use of the Qui Gong, which is a healing drum, is used throughout the mix in this CD, That is why we call it Healing Vibrations.
