" I have always wanted to do an album like this, with all these great songs that we grew up with over the years, and that always seem to have a special place in our busy lives.
I don''t know.....maybe it has to do with the uniqueness of each artist, or the images their songs convey to us about a much simpler, more innocent era. Maybe it''s because...there were some really great songs written during that time.
In any event....I know that we all enjoy experiencing these Classic tunes whenever we hear them, and I certainly enjoy performing them for you all. "

ARTIST BIO:
Douglas Jack is originally from Seattle Wash.,grew up
in mining camps in Nevada and Idahoe is currently living
somewhere in North America when on tour and a nice little
4 acre farm when at home." It''s always good to be home! "
Starting on piano at the age of eight, Douglas has
embarked on a musical career spanning over four decades
that has included every style from Country Western to
cutting edge Contemporary Rock.
On both the stage and in the recording studio, he has
developed his own unique style of playing that has been
described as a bit of "Floyd Cramer with a few measures of
Jerry Lee Lewis and Booker T. Jones thrown in!"
Douglas has added his keyboard talents to
many recording and touring acts including.... the
Platters, The Mommas and Pappas, Slim Whitman,
The New Supremes and Canadian Juno Award
winner Gary Fjellgaarde.
In addition to recording and performing his
new Music For Memories series on the Rhea Records label
Douglas is also keyboard anchorman for a hot Classic Rock band called... Momentum...
