Rich Curran, while in the process of forming the Expeditions Band, wrote and created "Hit The Ground Running", to give potential band members the opportunity to hear the kind of music he wanted to present to the world.
Rich was born in England and has lived around the world. He is a self taught musician and overall artist. Not only did Rich create the music for "Hit The Gound Running", he wrote most of the lyrics, did the engineering and the cover art. Rich also juggles and has performed in numerous venues in the Puget Sound area.
Spinning In My Head
was written during a rough period of Rich''s life. 10% of the proceeds from this song will go towards the prevention of Domestic Violence.

This is a FUN song that we can imagine being sang at RV Parks around the world. We also feel that people will be making up thier own lyrics. While Guinness World Records says that setting a record for the longest song "is too subjective", we still think it would be fun to see how many different lyrics we can collectively come up with.
