Borderline soft rock but a great unique style. A hint of an 80''s sound. Update: I have Natlalie''s song ''Number One'' on the hard drive that plays with ''As I Do'' and listening, it bothered me that I couldn''t put my finger on what that song reminded me of. I wrote that one line review without looking at her web page. She has rock influences going back to the late 70''s but I knew that she was to young to be rockin'' then. I went to her web page to see what it said and there it was. Chrissy Hynde of the Pretenders. That solved my mystery for me. Natalie has her own style but to her credit she has tied over two musical generations into the richest, fullest style around. I predict she will be recognized as an all-time classic artist on the rock scene someday because of the range of her sound that spans classic rock to new country rock to garage band punk.
