The album was produced by David Finn with help from fellow CD Baby artist, Liz Capra in Phoenix, AZ over a period spanning 2003-2004. Each musician brought his or her own special background, from Ortega''s hip-hop background with group 2 Hard 2 Lift, Capra''s production and songwriting from her projects ("Grappling" and "Different Bodies, Different Places"), Medlock and Valentino''s hard rock style and Smith''s percussion versatility.
