Details:
Three Minute Mile refuses to be defined by just one song. Whether they’re frolicking about the stage as they bust out a high-energy rock anthem or choking back tears in an effort to savor the tender moments of an emotionally-charged ballad, this band is constantly pushing the boundaries of what could only be generalized as “pop-rock.” Unlike many of their pop-peers, however, 3MM has captured the attention of their fans through honesty, rather than gimmicks.
Ironically, it is this honesty that has proved to be 3MM’s greatest “gimmick” of all. In roughly two short years of college, they have managed to win over the hearts of fellow Hoosiers (Best Band in Bloomington, 200I) as well as garner critical acclaim in places as far away as LA.
In the wake of their 2001 release, Waiting For Whenever, the boys of 3MM are enthusiastically spreading their sound wherever there are ears to hear. And fortunately for them, this “ear count” will be rising as they end their college careers, move to Chicago, and prepare to attack the Midwest full force.

“Don’t mistake these guys for sore ol’ softies, because they can rock out as hard as any other angst-driven band out there, only with more substance and a lot less testosterone.”
- Campus Circle (Los Angeles, CA)
