A three piece rock/pop-punk/indie band based in Minneapolis, MN. Sheephead combines pop hooks and clever lyrics with gritty Minneapolis guitars and style. The trio typically plays the local Minneapolis/St. Paul venues, and have been known to bring a crowd of beer drinking 20 and 30 somethings along for the ride, providing a booze-fueled, debauched atmosphere to the night. Their on stage style (or lack thereof, depending on the night) can range from blisteringly fast and a bit vulgar to a bit more mid-tempo and contrite. Its not uncommon to hear a bizarre cover of an early ''70s television theme song. Chances are however, if you''re at a Sheephead show you have a damn good chance of having fun.
