Debra London Has New Adult Contemporary Album Produced by Legends Hall of Fame Producer, Robert Metzgar

St. Louis singer Debra London, has hit single from her latest adult contemporary album.

Nashville-New York-Hollywood, CA (PRWEB) February 4, 2009 --
There''s something exciting about finding a great singer at an audition run by the Ozark Mountain Talent industry in St. Louis, Missouri," producer Robert Metzgar said of advertising and marketing representative, Debra Sue London. London who has recently been in the studio in Nashville, with Academy Of International Recording Artists Hall Of Fame producer, Robert Metzgar and member of the prestigious Legends Hall Of Fame, has recorded her first songs as a commercial recording artist in an industry that is incredibly expensive and very difficult to break into. The new artist will be signed to Platinum Plus Universal Records for development as a recording artist.

The St. Louis singer is known for her sensational and passionate interpretation of some of the worlds great ballads such as Honky Tonk Angels, and the Tanya Tucker hit, Would''ve Been There By Now," published by EMI Music. London is married to her husband, Kenney [employed by Bridge Trading which is owned by Reuters News Service and has two children, Lauren age 6 and Austin age 4.

Debra Sue London grew up in Republic, Missouri and graduated from high school there before moving to Springfield, Missouri to pursue a college education at Southwest Missouri State. Her major in business and marketing was helpful in promoting her music to the power brokers in Nashville. After 12 years of formal piano studies, choir for 4 years and professional voice lessons, London is as down to earth as she can be" with a wonderful sense of humility and professionalism about her career. London said in an interview for her biography piece. "I know in my heart that Im supposed to sing and be doing what Im doing in the music business. I sing from my heart with my emotions and my feelings all wound up inside my songs. Thats the music inside me that makes me what I am as a solo artist. Growing up, I accompanied many others in their quest as solo artists. Now, Im that artist."

While the average album and video costs well in excess of $150,000 to just get started at a label in Music City, the beautiful blonde who is reminiscent of Faith Hill has found a label home and a studio that believes in her talent. Debra London is breath-takingly beautiful and could have just as easily been a model, but chose to be a singer and homemaker. She is struck by the influences of Faith Hill and how committed she is to her family. "I admire her not only as a woman, artist and professional, but shes a wife and homemaker as well. Singing is a passion for me," London said in an interview for her biography piece. I know in my heart that Im supposed to sing and be doing what Im doing in the music business. I sing from my heart with my emotions and my feelings all wound up inside my songs. Thats the music inside me that makes me what I am as a solo artist. Growing up, I accompanied many others in their quest as solo artists. Now, Im that artist." https://www.tradebit.com

Hall. Her first recording session featured such famous players as Elvis Presleys keyboard player Bobby Ogdin and others from the great days of the Memphis legends with Sun Records. Debra Sue London was a member of her school band and played Oboe, Flute and bells as a part of her formal music education. Obtaining the right songs from the right people is a must in the music business. London was able to get songs from the Warner Brothers writing team of Kendal Francheski & Quentin Powers (Whoevers In New England by Reba) and Duane Blackwell (Friends In Low Places) and Buddy Killen (SONY/ATV Music) for her first sessions with some of Nashvilles most famous musicians.

Her co-producers and surrounding entourage of people who have assisted her in the project is like the Whos Who of the music business. Universal is the largest major label in the world and also boasts the most successful artists in the country music business. Londons rendition of the Bobby Vinton written When Someone Mentions Your Name," will bring you to tears.

Debra London has a soulful sound reminiscent of the early years of Patsy Cline or Tammy Wynette. Her high energy dance driven live" performance is one of the most exciting youll ever see in person. She was recently the guest of Harrahs Casino in Memphis, Tennessee for the 50th Anniversary of Rock ''N Roll celebration and performed on stage with her band at Harrahs Casino.
