THE ARTIST ZOLA:
Singer-songwriter, ZOLA, is a highly sought after, greatly respected children''s entertainer. She has received over a dozen Billboard Songwriting Awards and has been entertaining children and performing in theatres, jazz clubs and other music venues both and overseas. As a recording artist, ZOLA has released four solo original albums to date.
ZOLA, born in South Africa, started performing on stage at age eight, began writing songs not long after that and was soon featured in Cape Town''s leading general business bands. She developed an Educational Entertainment Program for children and has since written, directed and produced a number of musicals. Since 1986, ZOLA has been living in Newton, Massachussetts, where she continues to teach and entertain children. (Rated "...one of the best" in Boston Parents Paper).
