Details:
Jeff Johnson was born in the hills of Jamaica. He always yearned to be a musician and by the age of 12, he had taught himself both bass and rhythm guitar.
He arranged old hymns into reggae and soca and instructed other children, several of whom are now professional musicians.
From 15-25, Jeff taught himself keyboard, played with various bands through Western Gospel Promotion and directed music programs in churches.
At 19, Jeff wrote many of his first songs, including “Ain’t No Giving Up,” the title song on his CD.
At 25 he immigrated to the US where he played the bass for a choir and began to organize concerts and tours throughout California and Jamaica. He also traveled back to Jamaica twice a year to teach young people.
Wherever he performs, he generates positive spiritual energy and excitement.
His heartfelt message is “Love is the key to success, joy, peace and happiness.”
