Details:
Teenager hails from Auburn, NY, the city of tattoo parlors and drug stores. The five-member band performs original rock music with tinges of punk, psychedelic and alt-country. Teenager formed in 1998 for one short-lived summer month when the band hosted a weekly open mic night at a local bar. It was a period marked by intense creativity and a sense of purpose. The band disbanded for miscellaneous reasons, but members played together in various incarnations over the years. In January 2007, the band reformed with three of its original members and songwriters—lead guitarist Donny Alger, rhythm guitarist Teddy Curry, and bassist Taylor Price. They were joined by two more songwriters Beth Beer on drums and Theresa Walsh on keyboards, accordion and concertina. In late 2007, they released the critically acclaimed 17 song epic - "Entitled." "All Kids Free" is their 10 song follow-up.
