Hello, my name is Alfred Matthews a.k.a. "ssilver", I was born and raised in Memphis, Tenn. where I grew up in church singing just like my dad. I acquired my vocals from my dad, who sung with the " Dixie Aires" back in the fifties and sixties touching many hearts. I now reside, in Washington State where I obtained my Masters in Business Administration in International Business from Argosy University.
Throughout my journey in the music business, I have had my share of the joys and the pains just like many of you out there but I survived. Singing and performing is my "life passion" there''s no other way to express it, I was born with this gift, given to me from "God Almighty" to sing, write and co-produced music to share with you and millions out there to hear and enjoy. I have had the pleasure in my life journey to perform before you at casinos, parties, conventions (opening engagements), weddings and night clubs. I''m very optimistic that one day my gift, my dream and my passion will be heard by someone, who can change my life, as well as yours by helping me bring my music into your hearts and your homes.
I like to give thanks to my Father God, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my mom Virginia (who is my rock that keeps me balanced), my family Christine (my love and my life) Valentaz, Samantha and Dante (my life, they keep me going for them) my brothers and sisters Jimmy, Gregory, Delores, Jeffrey, Francine and her husband, my brother-in-law "Big Will", my nephews Mupkin and Lil Will and Nieces Florida, Pookie, Lil Rita and Jasmine and to all my grey nephews and nieces, i love you all and to my Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends your love and thoughtfulness towards me is never forgotten because i carry all of you with me daily.
Also, I like to thank my friend and business partner Jeffery Pfeiffer for believing and sticking with me throughout our journey on these projects that we''ve encounter together, J-Dawg - I love you and to my music co-writer and singing partner, who add the harmony to our music, my dog Teddy Pee, who I gave that name to because the boy can sing you all -love you. Eric for long enduring hours and your good spirit on creating and giving my website life for people to venture it, i love you and to Mark and Tryfe of Pacific Studios located in Tacoma Washington on Pacific Avenue.
