Skies Turn To Dust are a heavy metal band from the Midlands who have been writing and gigging for the past two years. After playing the Red Festival on the main stage at The Barfly; Birmingham they decided to get some money together and arrange some for some recordings.
The current line-up of the band has finally been decided after many changes and decisions. The original members where current members Ryan Kerley, Danny O''Gorman and Jacob Powell with former guitarist Callum Billings. The band searched for a singer and went through many talents and even gigged with a few but then happily settled with their great frontman Jordan Crawford. As Callum was moving away another guitarist had to be found and luckily close friend to the band Tom Kwei was ready and able and luckily as he was such a fan of the music already knew most of the songs. He and Danny now co-write all of the new tracks and are never short of ideas.
Now all recordings are out of the way the band are now focused purely on playing gigs and publicising their self titled E.P. If you were to ever see this band playing you would feel the full force of their sound; if you cannot experience this then the purchase of their CD is definately the next best thing.
