Like most singers, Alyssa’s been singing since she was very young. She’s gone from using boxes as a stage to playing on real stages. She started out singing with her dad’s band to performing in Charity Benefits. Alyssa is always ready to help a good cause & supports various Charities.
Alyssa has done hundreds of performances at Fair’s, Jamboree’s, Resorts and tribute shows and many fund raising events for Safe water in Africa & Local Food Banks.
Some of Alyssa’s highlights have been wining local singing competitions, co-writting songs, played in Musicals and sang the National Anthem for the Peterborough Petes at the Memorial Centre in Peterborough.
At age 13 she made her 1st trip to a recording studio. She has recorded in a few different recording studios but the highlight of her career was to go to Nashville and record a 12 song CD with veteran song writer and producer Cyril Rawson.
She listens to a wide variety of music from Country to New and Classic Rock. Some of her influences are; Avril Lavigne, Amanda Marshall, Michelle Branch, Sheryl Crow, The Dixie Chicks, Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride.
Other interests are playing sports such as baseball & field hockey as well as dance.
Alyssa’s focus and her work ethic will allow her to continue to accomplish whatever she sets her mind on. She is a perfectionist who loves to perform live and is looking forward to honing her song writing skills as well as entertaining in musicals.

Cool, Hip, quirky, youthful " is how I describe Alyssa''s debut record.
The uptempo songs are nailed with spunky vitality, but when singing the ballads she goes beyond her 15 years endearing the listener, where it crosses into pop territory.
My co-writer Cyril Rawson expressed to me that her vocals were so natural & effortless, and you can hear it, no modern tricks needed here.
Alyssa''s voice is very contemporary , but still evokes a nostalic quality as well, I hear a little "Dolly" in that tone, and that rocks for me .
