Born-Forty is a hot new alternative-synth band based out of the college town of Statesboro, Georgia. Since the release of their debut album, "RETRO", earlier this year, the band has generated a quick following both locally and online, and made it into regular radio rotation throughout the Southeastern United States. Their live shows have ranged from "unplugged" acoustical versions of their alternative-dance songs, to full-on epic performances featuring all the lights, beats, and synth one would expect from a world class performer. Their songs include very catchy, and even bouncy riffs with lyrics that are, more often than not, very intriguing. The band''s members include lead singer Scott Taylor, guitarists Tyler Whiteley and Mike Cristancho, drummer Alan Weathers, and bassist Robert Cottle. They are scheduling live performances throughout the U.S. to promote their new album and meet with fans. This is definitely a band worth tuning into.
