Each song stands alone in this eclectic mix of originals blending rock with funk, blues and more. Tight arrangements and musical interplay are featured throughout along with heavy riffs & soaring guitar. Jason creates inventive tones with multi-layered guitar textures throughout Hammerhead. Solid grooves are provided by JBG rhythm section of bassist Brian Rashap and drummer James Stafford. Special guests include: organist Jonathan Korty(Vinyl, Electric Apricot) pedal steel player David Phillips(Tom Waits)& percussionsist Patricio Angulo(Rumbacha).
