"German Expressionist Rock From The Weimar Republic" is the third CD from Genuine Hick. A parallel project called "Amalgam: Brad Benge Performs the Songs of John Noerdlinger" will be released shortly. Genuine Hick is a band/music project based in Oklahoma City. Our first self-titled CD came out in 2006 and was followed by "Current Problems in Animal Behavior" in 2007. Our music tends to be hard to categorize. Depending on which album/tracks you listen to you might call us punk, folk, blues or Americana oriented.
