True North has released their fourth CD, entitled “Dimestore Hemingway”. The CD showcases what audiences across the heartland have come to expect, honest songwriting placed atop a muscular musical foundation. The CD was recorded at Creative Caffeine Recording Studios, Nashville, Tennessee, with noted producer Jeff Brock at the helm.
Be it modern country, Americana, or roots rock, the group continues to deliver in stellar fashion. The songs suggest that at least some of the members are beginning to feel the years slipping by, hope tempered with fatigue.
