Once upon a time, two young boys from Cleveland, Ohio said to their mother, “When we grow up, we want to be rappers!” Their mother replied, “Well, to be successful, you can’t do both.” And thus AAI was born. These crazy muthafuckas NEVER grew up and then they recorded a rap cd.
Their debut cd, “Rap Album”, is for anyone who is in the least bit tired of the same old (c)rap. AAI is not trying to be thugs or wicked insane killas. They are not trying to impress the mainstream with another rap hit that sounds just like last weeks rap hit. They are just themselves. Fucking hilarious and entertaining lyrics over bumping bass and kick ass music! After years of thuggin'', blingin'', and getting crunky with it, it''s time for hip-hop to get back to the basics, and AAI lead the charge with Rap Album. Coming straight outta Brook Park, Matt and Jeremy Knize address important topics that have been sadly neglected in recent rap -- like their nuts. Distasteful as some may find it, the chorus to "Suck My Balls" -- forgive us if we don''t quote any more lyrics -- is, hands down, Cleveland''s catchiest come-curse-with-me party jam of the year. This is assuming that your idea of a good party is spraying Faygo on your Juggalo buds.
Overstuffed with irresistible hooks, AAI''s debut disc is as gloriously egregious as anything from the Juggalo nation. But the duo delivers the goods with a big wink, not a middle finger. "Don''t Beat Me, Dad!!!" is more clever -- and way more fun -- than the fading rash of whiny nü-metal rap-rock.

This is like Mad TV on a record. I can just envision the scene, what draws the listener in is the humorous tales. With the twists and turns of the events and the way you poke fun, you keep the listener hooked in. Good energy and catchy melodies on top. Then, you throw in some edginess on the hook. Good delivery and flow on the vocals!
